吳海波，男，1973年生，博士，湖南常德人，碩士生導師，講師。1996年本科畢業于天津大學，2017年碩士畢業于國防科技大學，2020年博士畢業于中南大學，獲安全技術及工程專業博士學位。2001年9月進入2003网站太阳集团，從事教學和科研工作。主要研究興趣為安全科學與技術。
