胡蓉，女，1977年8月出生于湖南省湘潭市，IEEE會員，CCF會員。2014年9月博士畢業于南京大學計算機應用專業。主要研究興趣為服務計算、數據挖掘、大數據等。主持國家自然科學基金、國家重點實驗室項目、湖南省自然科學基金和湖南省教育廳項目，并參與多項國家自然科學基金、國家科技支撐計劃項目、湖南省自然科學基金項目等。以第一作者在國内外重要學術期刊以及國際會議上公開發表論文20餘篇。
